Number one rule in my house is absolutely no boxed mashed potatoes. If I am not peeling, boiling, and mashing my own potatoes than it is not good enough to eat. Not even those Idaho Potatoes. As Roberto is always saying, it is not about quantity it is about quality and that I happen to agree with. So If you want some delicious marinated London broil and some homemade mashed potatoes, this is the recipe for you!
This is a recipe for the classic zeppole, but with a twist. I love these delicious little treats but sometimes they can be a little boring. No offense to many, many years of Italian tradition, but it’s time to spice things up. This recreated zeppole has two other ingredients that give it a little extra kick to get your taste buds dancing.
